The Faculty Capacity Development Program was organised on 4th & 5th December’ 2025 at the Auditorium Hall of Mahaveer College of Ayurvedic Science, Sundra, Rajnandgaon (CG) with the objective of enhancing the academic, professional, and pedagogical competencies of the faculty members.
The program aimed at strengthening teaching–learning processes, promoting innovative instructional methods, and updating faculty with recent developments in education, research, and institutional practices.
Dr. R. Kiran Arvind Tawalare, Associate professor, Shri Ayurveda College, Nagpur and Dr. Kalpana K. Tawalare, Professor and Head. IGP Ayurved College, Nagpur were Guest Speakers.
The program featured interactive sessions, expert talks, and practical discussions focusing on outcome-based education, effective teaching methodologies, research orientation, academic planning, and professional ethics. Emphasis was laid on capacity building to ensure quality education, improved student engagement, and continuous professional growth of faculty members.
Faculty members from various departments actively participated in the program and shared their experiences, challenges, and best practices. The sessions encouraged collaborative learning, critical thinking, and adoption of modern educational tools and techniques in day-to-day academic activities.
